Refund Policy

Redati Solar Designing Courses

At Redati, we strive to provide the highest quality solar designing courses to our students. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that both our students and our institution are protected.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1. Course Cancellations by Redati

  • If a course is canceled by Redati for any reason, students enrolled in that course will receive a full refund of the course fee.

1.2. Student-Initiated Withdrawals

  • Refunds for student-initiated withdrawals will be processed based on the following criteria:
  1. Full Refund:
  • A full refund will be granted if the withdrawal request is made at least 14 days before the course start date.
  1. Partial Refund:
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the withdrawal request is made between 7 to 13 days before the course start date.
  1. No Refund:
  • No refund will be granted if the withdrawal request is made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has commenced.

2. Refund Process

2.1. Submission of Refund Request

  • To request a refund, please send an email to refunds@redati.in with the following details:
    • Full Name
    • Course Name
    • Date of Enrollment
    • Reason for Withdrawal

2.2. Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

3.1. Administrative Fees

  • Any administrative or processing fees incurred during enrollment are non-refundable.

3.2. Third-Party Charges

  • Any fees charged by third-party payment processors or banks are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1. Medical or Personal Emergencies

  • In cases of medical or personal emergencies, students may be eligible for a full or partial refund beyond the standard policy. Please provide appropriate documentation to support your request.

4.2. Course Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the course content or quality, please contact us within the first 7 days of the course start date. We will work with you to address your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund or course credit.
